Personal Representative/Executor

Personal Representative/Executor

The personal representative, also known as an executor, administers the estate after a person dies. Even though you may be named as the executor, you are not required to take the position. You may not feel comfortable in this role, see it more of a burden than an honor or you may not live in South Florida and feel that you will not be able to adequately manage the many details from afar. Your own family dynamic might conflict you or you may prefer to have a neutral party undertake these responsibilities. Mark Leibovitch has acted in this capacity, understands the complexities and will be diligent to make sure the estate is settled in an expeditious manner for the beneficiaries.
